You directly provide Our Company with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Use or view our website – Your IP address and device identification information is recorded into our server logs
  • Contact us via the contact form on our website – Your name, company name, email address*, subject* and message* (* = mandatory) is stored into our system

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the services Our Company provides

4. How do we store your data?

Our Company processes your data in Finland.

Our Company securely stores your data at Hetzner Online GmbH and on our local servers. Your data is encrypted or anonymized whenever possible. Full-disk encryption is used on all our servers.

Server log files, which may contain IP addresses and device identification information, are stored on our servers for two months, after which they’re retained in an encrypted backup storage for up to three years. However your IP address and device identification information may be retained permanently, if you’re engaged in fraudulent or other illegal activities against Our Company.

Our website analytics are anonymized and stored locally on our servers.

The data you provide us via the contact form, and which doesn’t lead to a client relationship, is stored on our servers for one year, after which it may be retained in an encrypted backup storage for up to five years. The message field content is always stored end-to-end encrypted (OpenPGP).

5. Marketing

Our Company will not sell or use your data for marketing purposes.

6. What are your data protection rights?

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
